This Provola Cheese is a spun texture cheese produced using cow milk, produced in Ragusa Province and in the municipalities of Noto, Palazzolo Acreide e Rosolini in Siracusa Province.

Taste, Serving Tips and Wines: This cheese has a delicate taste and can be used as a table cheese or to enrich pasta recipes. Ideal when tasted while sipping a glass of still white wine.
