From the meeting of two grape varieties, on the one hand undoubtedly Sicilian Nero d'Avola, on the other hand Cabernet Sauvignon, with a selection of the best international red grape varieties, grown in the land of Sicily, comes this wine with special characteristics, expressed and amplified by the pedoclimatic conditions. Ruby red in color, with intense hints of typical Mediterranean spices, evolving to aromas of chocolate coffee and cloves. Full, enveloping, delicate, soft taste with an excellent contrast between minerality, acidity and tannicity that make it pleasantly persistent and intense.   It finds a proper pairing with elaborate red meat dishes, pork and lamb . Also excellent with game meat first courses and aged cheeses, meat couscous, it also finds indication with savory stewed fish dishes. It can be served in bulging glasses, it can be uncorked at the moment, otherwise a few hours before. The optimal serving temperature is 16-18°C.
